At Magic Resorts, you as a guest have always been our priority, but in these times it’s more important than ever to take extra care of each other. Together we can make a difference!
We take extra care of you during your stay with us and have a protocol in place at both resorts, to offer you a carefree holiday. You can find our protocol on this page, as well as the protocols of Cebu/Mactan airport and several airlines, to make sure you are well- informed about how we and all the parties involved in your travels, are securing your health and safety.

At both our resorts, we implemented several regulations to make sure you can stay with us safely, without losing sight of our most important value: personal attention.
Social distancing, the wear of face masks by the whole staff, extra hygiene and special disinfection, are just a few terms that have an extra high value at our resorts to make your stay more secure during these times.

Magic Resorts COVID-19 Terms & Conditions

Adapted Terms & Conditions Magic Resorts

During these challenging times it’s more important than ever to take care of each other and be flexible. That’s why we adapted our terms and conditions to offer more flexibility regarding reservations. On top, we do have a fully refundable policy in place for all new bookings made after June 1, 2020, in case you won’t be able to travel.

Do you have a reservation with us with an arrival before October 1, 2020?
Then we offer you a free rebooking of the same package, with traveling within 18 months of the original travel date. From October onward, we will see month by month if this arrangement will be extended.

Mactan Cebu International airport’s protocol

Once arrived at Mactan Cebu airport, you will notice that this international airport implemented new regulations and measures due to COVID-19. Not only to ensure you’re healthy before entering Cebu, but also to make sure the airport is clean and disinfected.

Just a few examples that are noted in their protocol are:
– All passengers are required to wear face masks.
– Social distancing at queuing points will be enforced.
– Mandatory body temperature check of all passengers.
